As a small non-profit, we rely on fundraising, grants, volunteers, partnerships, and donations to keep us rollin’ and providing great programming and resources for youth around northern Vermont. Think about volunteering your time, advertising on the side of the truck, donating, or even becoming a friend of the bookmobile, and help us to continue doing what we’re doing.
Volunteer
Looking to make a difference in your community? Join the Franklin Grand Isle Bookmobile team! We’re excited to offer a variety of volunteer opportunities that cater to different interests and skill sets. Whether you love working with kids or prefer office tasks, we’ve got a role for you. You can help out with anything from driving the bookmobile to processing books, or even assisting with planning community events like Big Rig Day. Our volunteer work also qualifies for community service hours. Don’t see an opportunity that matches your strengths? Let us know, and we’ll work with you to create a custom role.
