Welcome to the 2021 Book It! 5K Race
How do I register?
The registration form is below. Your registration fee includes a t-shirt for you. All proceeds from this race will go directly into providing books and services to child care providers in Franklin and Grand Isle Counties.
Can I virtually participate?
Yes! If you would like to support Franklin Grand Isle Bookmobile virtually you must pre-register and email info@fgibookmobile.org to let us know. Your run time must be sent in no later than September 10th so that you can be considered in the awards ceremony. T-shirts and any awards will be mailed to you.
How do I share my run time?
We have created a Facebook event page for you to share your run time and hopefully some pictures of you during your race. If you do share a selfie, please make sure you are in a safe place before you take it
Did you say something about a t-shirt?
Yes! We will have t-shirts for participants who pre-register in the size of your choice. Registration will be available the day of the Marathon but there is no guarantee that t-shirts will be available to them.
Are there Volunteer Opportunities?
We are looking for volunteers to help before the race with set up and registration/check-in, during the races, and with clean up. These opportunities will count towards any school required community service. If you are interested in volunteering for the event email americorps@fgibookmobile.org .

When you pre-register you are ensuring your spot in the 5k Marathon and are guaranteed a t-shirt that you will receive the day of the race. Participants who register the day of may not be able to receive a t-shirt in their size.
